1. The second party shall notify the first party in writing of the delivery date, expected arrival date, and preparations required by the first party before the equipment is shipped.
2. The installation personnel of Party B shall follow the equipment to the installation site of Party A for guidance on unloading, free equipment installation and commissioning, and training for Party A's operators.
3. The first party shall provide assistance to the second party for installation and debugging under existing conditions. The first party shall provide auxiliary tools to assist in installation and provide general tools.
4. The installation personnel of Party B shall strictly comply with the relevant regulations of Party A's factory during the installation period. If overtime is required, written consent from Party A shall be obtained.
Training and after-sales serviceTraining and after sale service
1) The second party is responsible for the installation and debugging of the equipment, and provides training on operation and maintenance to the first party's operation and management personnel, ensuring that the first party's operators can independently and proficiently operate and maintain the equipment.
2) The first party purchases spare parts from the second party, and the second party arranges technical services when needed. The second party shall respond to the first party's request for service by phone or fax within 2 hours and dispatch qualified service personnel to the first party's equipment usage site within 96 hours.

1. Party B guarantees that the raw materials of the equipment specified in this contract comply with national standards, and guarantees quality and compliance with the process standards and parameters specified in the technical agreement. Party B shall provide a quality assurance certificate.
2. The equipment of Party B shall be strictly manufactured in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the technical agreement signed by both parties. If any party needs to make any changes, they must obtain the consent of the other party and provide a written form, with both parties signing and confirming.
